Multi-year maintenance planning is the instrument to control the risks and costs of maintenance and to monitor the quality levels of the property. Multi-year maintenance planning provides insight into the maintenance costs both in short and long term. RE Maintenance and RE OnSite work together seamlessly, thus inspection data collected with RE OnSite is automatically synchronized with RE Maintenance. 

The maintenance plans are clearly depicted with visual elements and are easily adaptable. A module is available for extensive reports that includes photos. The reports can be drawn up completely according to your own insights and in the style of your corporate identity.

Firesafety

The fire safety of many existing homes and other buildings often does not meet the legal requirements. Fires could entail large dangers. The Association of Fire Safety in the Netherlands (BBN) identifies shortcomings on a large scale. This is confirmed by fire safety inspections carried out by DEMO Consultants at a number of housing corporations and other building managers. We find fire safety deficiencies in all types of homes, especially single-family homes built before 1980 are a high-risk group.
