DEMO is an independent consultancy firm that works from three business units: Consultancy, Software and Research.

Real estate information management is at the heart of our consultancy. Our specialism is the combination of consultancy, software and research. DEMO supports its clients with real estate information management. We help you make optimal choices for creating and managing real estate. We create innovative software products, such as the RE Suite for Design, Asset, Real Estate and Maintenance Management. Through research and product development, we continuously innovate. We work for, but especially with our customers.
