Wilbert Bongers (1969) studied Music Technology at the Utrecht School of the Arts (HKU). There, he developed a broad, creative way of thinking that still forms the foundation of his work: curious, interdisciplinary, and always focused on connecting different perspectives. After spending a considerable amount of time working in music and theatre, he made the transition into IT.

At DEMO Consultants, he works as a software developer, designing and building reliable software that supports complex processes and makes them accessible to the people who use them. He looks beyond technology alone. His focus is mainly on how systems are used in practice. In a calm and pragmatic way, he brings structure to systems, processes, and user needs. He combines clear communication, ownership, and continuous improvement to foster effective collaboration and deliver solutions that add value for the customer.
