Guilherme Munhoz (1994) is a researcher and project manager at DEMO Consultants with a background in Civil Engineering. In Brazil he holds a Bachelor’s degree from Vale do Itajaí University (2017) and a Master’s degree from the Federal University of Paraná (2020). He is currently completing his PhD trajectory at TU Delft, where he participated in the European H2020 project SUBLime.

Prior to joining DEMO Consultants, Guilherme worked in both private and public Brazilian institutions, supporting building engineering firms, the state highway department, and the federal water agency. His academic work includes publications on structural fire design, sustainable concrete solutions, and decarbonization and conservation strategies for the built heritage. At DEMO, he contributes to the European projects AccesS, Minority Report, and SmarterEPC, focusing on accessible, sustainable, and future-proof infrastructure, while also supporting DEMO’s Consultancy unit.
