RE Maintenance was specifically developed to analyse data and information and translate it into maintenance planning.

DEMO pioneered condition assessment in the Netherlands and Europe and subsequently contributed to the development of NEN 2767. Our knowledge and the wishes of our users have been the basis for the development of our software products such as RE Maintenance.


Functionalities

The following functionalities are included as standard with a licence for RE Maintenance:

  • Seamless collaboration with the RE OnSite app for on-site inspection
  • Automatic synchronisation of inspection data registered in RE OnSite
  • Multi-user and multi-language modes are possible, including in different location
  • Access rights are customisable at different user levels​
  • Planning module for inspections via iPad with the RE OnSite app
  • Extensive analysis capabilities based on the available data such as analysis of maintenance costs per object, selection of objects and total portfolio or analysis of the condition of building parts, specific objects or the total portfolio
  • Condition aggregation
  • Graphical output of long-term maintenance plans, plans can be directly and visually adjusted by moving starting years, adjusting cycles, and splitting activities
  • Possibility of exporting (filtered) inspection results or maintenance planning
  • Reporting module for reports with photo material and own style
  • Available from the cloud, but also available on-premise
  • Includes access for 2 users, while the licence is expandable for multiple users

 
* By extending the licence with RE BIM, inventories can be linked directly to a BIM model
