Inspection app for condition assesment

Inspection and condition assessment of buildings provide data and information as a basis on which maintenance schedules can be drawn up. The RE Suite has a handy inspection app with which an inspector can collect, register and check data on location. This app has been specially developed for tablets and is fully integrated with the RE Suite workflows. Inspections become a lot more efficient in this way!​

​Condition assessment NEN 2767

DEMO's advisors have a long-lasting experience in condition assessment in the Netherlands and Europe and contributed to the development of NEN 2767. We have used their knowledge and experiences as well as the wishes of our users in the development of our software applications. With the survey module within the RE OnSite inspection app, checklists are available for maintenance inspection according to NEN 2767. 

Additionally, users can add and compile their own checklists; for example for a fire scan or risk analysis.​
