* Ok, that is not quite true. At least: you are indeed a property consultant. Independently perform inspections for management and maintenance. Report and advise. You know the drill. But something special is about to happen with us. Something that will make your work as a property consultant with us different from anything you have ever done before. Because with us, you will also be helping to build yourself. To a new team, that is.

That means you are cut from a special cloth. Maybe you come from a large company and want to put your years of construction experience to work. Or maybe you have 2 years of experience, and are already hungry for more. Either way: what you did before weighs 50%. What you still want to do weighs at least as heavily.

Menno, in addition to being department head, is a structural consultant. Together with him you will build what will become our new Advice Department. We love to innovate, and so we like to give you plenty of room for your own ideas. The building plan of Department Advice is not set in stone. That idea.

Make no mistake: you will also do a lot of hands-on work. We are a small (but well-organised) club. Some periods are busy with project work and inspections. Other periods are more about bringing in new orders. We all wear multiple hats here. And do whatever it takes to support our clients in developing and managing their buildings and infrastructure.

Because that's what we do. We are an independent software and consulting company specialising in Real Estate Information Management. We develop our own software for this, called RE Suite. We do this with a club of 15 people. Researchers, developers. And property consultants, in other words.

What we ask of you

  •     An engineering or civil engineering degree at WO or HBO level
  •     Experience as a real estate consultant is welcome, but not necessarily decisive
  •     Your mentality and desire to build something beautiful will make you successful

In other words: a seasoned property consultant is just as welcome as someone with less experience. We are looking for mentality and vision of the future.
