Bart van der Lugt (1993) is an account manager at DEMO Consultants and active in business development and client relationship management in the real estate technology (proptech) sector. With over ten years of experience in sales in property maintenance and finance, he helps organizations translate complex technologies into concrete, practical value. He focuses on, among other things, 3D Virtual Models and Scan2BIM solutions, which he believes play an important role in the further digitalization of property management.

In addition, he supports DEMO clients with the right advice and inspections for multi-year maintenance planning, fire safety, and, of course, related DEMO software solutions. His background in the construction sector enables him to quickly understand clients’ needs and translate them into effective, practical solutions. Bart studied Commercial Economics at the Kronenburgh College in The Hague.
