Paula Etman (1981) works at DEMO as Operational Manager and is an MT member. She is responsible for the entire internal organization of DEMO. She manages the financial, personnel and project administration and is the point of contact for the organizational aspects of the work at DEMO. HR is also her responsibility. Paula studied Sports Management at the Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen. After her study, she worked for four years as an event manager for a sports organization. In 2007 she started working as an office manager at an ICT developer. Since 2012 Paula has been working for DEMO where she can combine her organizational experience with her knowledge of the ICT world. Her typical Rotterdam's mentality and her sharp overview combined with a personal approach are a guarantee for DEMO's professional internal organization. She provides management support to the  Business Units, coordinates various activities, manages the helpdesk and monitors the planning.
