Anna Gralka (1984) is junior researcher and consultant at DEMO Consultants. She obtained a Master of Science degree in urbanism from Delft University of Technology and in architecture from Silesian University of Technology in Poland. Anna also studied landscape architecture and urban management at the Wageningen University and Research Centre. She built up a broad range of experience as a designer at several architectural, urban and furniture design firms. Anna also has professional field experience in building condition assessment. Within the Business Unit Research of DEMO, she contributes a practical approach for performing research activities based on her design skills and experience. With her interest in applied research, she currently works on two new European projects titled P2Endure and Enginency, which aim to improve building’s energy efficiency during occupancy and through sustainable renovation. Her Polish background brings added values to DEMO’s international profile, especially in strengthening European collaborations.
